Substantially rebuilt after the devastation of the Second World War, it retains some medieval buildings and has a striking modern cathedral, designed by Sir Basil Spence. At the heart of the UK’s road, rail and air networks not far from cultural centres of Stratford and Oxford, Warwick provides an ideal place of study.
