NIMBAS has been associated with the University of Bradford, Management Center in the UK since 1988. The specific aim of NIMBAS is to enable candidates in the Netherlands and Germany to obtain the internationally renowned and much-coveted University of Bradford MBA degree, a top management qualification. The aim of the school is to provide students with a global vision by providing various managerial teaching techniques to ensure competence in the International work place. The development and improvement of interpersonal, analytical and critical skills are the cornerstones to this educational experience.
Location
Located in Utrecht, NIMBAS offers you an interesting experience in one of Europe's most entertaining countries. This institution offers exposure to two of the most dynamic cities in the world, Amsterdam and Rotterdam. It combines a huge case of big city exuberance with small town manageability. The peaceful town has a nice calming effect with little cafés to just sit and take in the atmosphere. The nightlife is booming and the people are friendly. There will never be a shortage of things to do or new places to see in the Netherlands.

Academic Information
A variety of teaching methods are used, including formal lectures, tutorials, case studies, workshops, business simulations, presentations and written assignments.
Areas of study include: Finance & Accounting, Organizational Behaviour, Quantitative Analysis, Business Economics, Marketing Management and Production & Operations Management.
Credit equivalency
4 NIMBAS courses (40 credits) = 12 SSB credits
5 NIMBAS courses (50 credits) = 15 SSB credits
Size of Classes/Features
The class sizes will vary depending on the availability of the course and the instructor. In general the classes rarely exceed 50 students.
Language
The language of instruction is English.
Computer Facilities
Students have access to the Dell computer labs, which are equipped with laser colour printers and network Internet access. However, it is recommended that students have their own computer and Internet connection because a great deal of emphasis is placed on communication and assignments via computer.
Type/Availability of Accommodation
There is no on-campus accommodations available. Housing arrangements will be made through the university services at NIMBAS. Information regarding housing will be given once you have been accepted. Please note: there is a fee for this service (approximately 185 EUROS).
Health Insurance
It is necessary for all exchange students to obtain medical insurance before participating on the exchange term.
